Casting Balls
Is made of a fluid melt into a mold, so that the shape of the sphere is cooled, the four main elements are required in the casting process: pattern, mold, core, and part of the original template, created from the corresponding cavity in the casting material. The core is used to manufacture a pipe or hole in the final mold, which is the final output of the process. Casting can be used to form heat, liquid metal. The abrasive medium is subjected to heat treatment to achieve the combination of hardness, toughness and microstructure required to ensure the wear resistance and toughness of the composite.
