Working principle:

drive the eccentric shaft to rotate by a three-phase asynchronous motor, the eccentric shaft rotates and drives the connecting rod, the connecting rod drives the connecting seat, the seat will together drive the moving die knife edge; the fixed die knife edge through a fastening bolt is fixed in the body; the rod material enters by feeding frame into the feed inlet and cut off due to the dynamic shear stress of cutter mouth. In addition, the machine is also provided with a thimble mechanism, this mechanism can accurately control the cutting length (mm). The machine can reduce processing costs, improve production efficiency, improve machining precision.
